​I am so inspired by the beauty of sailboats. I grew up sailing. When I found the book Legendary Sailboats Beken of Cowes, I was thrilled. The history of sailing photography, has been linked to the British father and son photographers. An amazing collection of historic images from the late 19th century to the 1930s. The photos are black and white and determining the colors took me back to my days on the water.

This Gaff rigged cutter was launched in 1909.
